Marc Andrew is a highly sought after fitness expert with nearly 10 years of fitness experience that has helped hundreds of people transform their lives through healthy eating and physical activity. Once overweight, unfit and unhealthy, Marc started his fitness journey as a way to regain control over his own life but soon realized that his passion was to help others regain control over theirs through physical fitness. "Once I started seeing that I was able to make such a positive difference in people's lives I knew this was my path." Marc does not believe in a "one size fits all" approach to exercise and is constantly changing his workouts for his clients so they can avoid plateaus and make continuous gains. Marc also uses his knowledge in fitness nutrition to help his clients sculpt their bodies and get into the best shape possible. Marc continues to stay healthy by following the ketogenic/Paleo diet, and stays fit with regular weight training, yoga practice and Crossfit.

I've always been a very active person, having immersed myself in CrossFit for the last three years. Because I always exercised regularly, I never really gave my diet a second thought -- a kind of "oh, I can eat whatever I want because I've earned it" mentality. Marc taught me that being in shape is just as much nutrition (and a right balance of protein, carbs, and fat) as it is exercise. Within the first month of being on his program, not only did I drop weight, but my performance in the gym has never been better. My cardio has improved, and I've hit new PR's on most of my lifts. I can't say enough good things about how quickly and efficiently my body has adapted to this diet. And all along the way, Marc has been incredibly passionate and supportive of my progress. Through most of my life I was always able to keep myself in what I thought was pretty good shape. But after the birth of my son and being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in my early 3o's I found it hard to keep myself motivated to exercise regularly and the weight eventually crept up on me. I found every reason to blame my age and disease for my slower metabolism and weight gain, but then a friend recommended Marc A. Marc took the time to teach me how certain foods may be causing inflamation in my body, so with his help and guidance I changed my way of thinking and eating. Soon I found I was getting less flare ups then I normally would, the weight started coming off and I was A LOT less bloated!! We met several times a week for our training sessions (still do), and although his sessions are tough they work! Now in my mid 40's I can happily say that I am back down to my pre-child birth weight, I am stronger, healthier and have more energy than I'd ever thought I'd have again, I literally have my life back and I can't thank him enough!
