Yoga is physical, yoga is spiritual, yoga is mental, yoga is a "practice" that teaches us how to be the highest versions of ourselves. The practice of yoga has been around for many thousands of year's. Yoga is a moving meditation that not only strengthens our bodies but strengthens our minds as well. We all have stress in our lives and though the practice of yoga and our breath we can learn how to control the way we react to these stresses therefore improving our overall quality of life. I am always humbled and grateful to share and teach this beautiful practice with others for it has truly changed my life~ NAMASTE
